Please note that there are no added taxes to the fees listed below.

Insurance

Most Canadian health insurance companies cover a portion of Counselling Therapy (this also falls under the category of “Counselling” or “Clinical Counselling” for some companies). Check with your provider to be sure about what your plan covers. I am currently registered with Medavie Blue Cross, Sun Life, and Green Shield. I do not offer direct billing, but I do provide a detailed receipt for insurance purposes.

Counselling Therapy

Individuals: $160 (5o min session)  I  $240 (75 min session)

Couples: $180 (5o min session)  I  $270 (75 min session)

Sound Therapy

Individuals: $240 (75 min session)   I  $320 (100min session)

Couples: $270 (75 min session)  I  $360 (100min session)

* Time for therapeutic preparation and integration is incorporated into the 75 minute session.

Safe and Sound Protocol   I  Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback

Individuals: $180 per hour (billable under counselling)

* For the Safe and Sound Protocol, there is an initial access fee of $650 (this cannot be covered by standard insurance plans, but can be covered if you have a Health Spending Account through your insurance provider). This fee can be shared amongst 2 individuals receiving treatment simultaneously over the course of 3 months.

* For Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback training, there is no access fee. Clients do, however, have the option of purchasing equipment for at home training.

Group Experiences: Sound Therapy I Kundalini Tantra I Meditation I Breath-Work

$30 per person (minimum of 6 people)

* Group Sound Therapy has an additional $80 charge added to each group booking.
